We rode a total of 387km which took 19hours and as an example I burned over 15000kj, thats alot of hamburgers! Total climbing of 4500m.

Felt strong and both Willem and I broke 4hours easily for the 85km race in Knysna. It too had 1800m climbing so in total we climbed over 6000m for the week, but then again thats about half of what we will climb in the Rockies with much more technical terrain.
